Rachel Eite is a Project Manager with BankWest and has over seven years of experience in financial services, including mortgage servicing, banking, and credit card organizations. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Financial Services from Northern State University in 2019 and obtained her PMP certification in 2022.

Originally from the Black Hills, Rachel relocated to Sioux Falls in February 2023 and brings a statewide perspective to her leadership. She is known for her people-centered approach to project management, emphasizing communication, emotional awareness, and clarity, especially in complex or changing environments.

Calli Jenkerson moved to Sioux Falls in the late 1990s to accept her dream job as a contractor doing science at the USGS EROS Center. Her career evolved as she continuously learned how valuable satellite imagery is to the user community and started coordinating project teams to integrate the science and engineering required to meet the needs of researchers and decision-makers. PMI SD has been part of that journey and helped shape her into a passionate and conscientious leader who now enjoys every minute working as the contract lead for the EROS Science Division connecting and cultivating exceptional people to deliver reliable, cutting edge science to the global community.
