We all know that communication is 90% of a project manager’s job. From preparing for and presenting at meetings to the sending and receiving of emails. Everywhere a project manager turns communications is central to the task. This talk will review the role of the project manager in communication, some key communications tools, as well as some communication tips based on experience.
