June CoP : Jeff Oltmann presenting Intensive Care for Troubled Projects: Diagnosing and Healing What’s Broken

Ways of Working

Projects are hard.  Many critical projects struggle or even fail, so at some point you will have to rescue a project that got into trouble.  This is usually a high-visibility, nail-biting experience.  This session shows you how to stabilize, diagnose, and repair a damaged project.  You’ll learn what to watch for, how to achieve quick victories, and which mistakes to avoid.
