Rachel Eite

Project Manager, PMI SD President
Rachel Eite is a Project Manager based in the Sioux Falls area with over seven years of experience in financial services, including mortgage servicing, banking, and credit card organizations. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Financial Services from Northern State University in 2019 and obtained her PMP certification in 2022. Originally from the Black Hills, Rachel relocated to Sioux Falls in February 2023 and brings a statewide perspective to her leadership. She is known for her people-centered approach to project management, emphasizing communication, emotional awareness, and clarity, especially in complex or changing environments. Rachel began her journey with PMI in 2021 as a Chapter member, earning her CAPM and later her PMP, before stepping into volunteer leadership in 2023. She has since served as VP of Technology, President-Elect, and now President of the PMI South Dakota Chapter. As President, Rachel is focused on strengthening member value, supporting and sustaining volunteers, and guiding the Chapter’s continued growth and geographic reach. She believes that how people work together matters just as much as what they deliver and is committed to leading with empathy, transparency, and purpose.
