Plan Your Work and Work Your Plan

Power Skills

Join us at Plan your Work and Work your Plan: a Practical Discussion around Personal Development! Maybe you are working towards your PMP certification or you recently completed a certification and are wondering what’s next. Perhaps you are new to the Project Management profession and are trying to determine where to start or are a veteran in the field and are looking for ideas on your next challenge. No matter where you are at in your career today, we all have opportunities to continue to develop professionally.

The theme this year for the PMI Sioux Empire, Community of Practice will be Leadership Development. To help kick-off the New Year and new theme, our first session will provide practical ideas to help you identify your professional goals, develop a well-rounded plan to meet those goals, and opportunity to network with others to share ideas and experiences around the topic of personal development.

Big goals may require big plans with many steps and activities along the way. Don’t let that overwhelm or discourage you. Remember that… “the journey to a thousand miles begins with a single step.” (Lao Tzu).

Don’t forget to join in on the discussion via Facebook before we meet!
