Bio: Rafael is heavily involved with the project management community in Winnipeg, Canada and is the current VP of Operations and President Elect of PMI Manitoba chapter. He specializes in project portfolio management and information technology having worked in large organizations, bringing 15 years of experience in different sectors such as Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, Insurance, Agriculture and Accounting. He was born in Brazil, moved to Canada and fell in love with downhill skiing.
