Event Content:  Stakeholder engagement is critical in order for a project to be successful. Without it, it’s likely the project will be derailed, resulting in less then stellar results, outcomes. Is it realistic for project managers to increase stakeholder engagement or do project managers inherit the current state of stakeholder engagement and need to muddle through? During this one-hour Community of Practice, we will examine the need for stakeholder engagement, discuss options to improve it, if any, by learning from the experts in the audience. Come ready to grapple with this challenging topic, share your experiences and learn from others as we examine this all too important aspect of project management.
