Event Content: There is a Project Manager and then there is a Project Leader. Many Project Managers have been trained to manage the project and get it done by the due date. Those of you that have interacted with a Project Manager are fully aware that they are always looking for your due date and status. How can we take a Project Manager to the next level and really use leadership to get things done? What is stopping you from managing vs leading your project teams?
