The PMI Sioux Empire Chapter's annual Symposium is on September 25, 2018. The "Day of Event" volunteer positions are now open. Those that volunteer are eligible for a $25 discount on their registration fee for the Symposium. All positions listed below are very important to helping us run a smooth Symposium. Please look through the listings and consider how you can help us. Symposium Event Photographer

This position will work with the PMI Sioux Empire Symposium Logistics Lead the day of the event, September 25th, 2018. The volunteer will serve as the official photographer for the event.

Symposium Registration Volunteer (3) 

This position involves setting-up the registration area and register attendees. You will be directly working with the attendees and help to ensure a smooth and professional operation of the event.

Symposium Room Hosts (3)

This position will work with the PMI Sioux Empire Symposium Event Planner the day of the event and possible conference call or face to face meeting prior to event. As a representative of the PMI Sioux Empire Chapter, you will be located in one of the three conference rooms on the day of the event. You will be the immediate point of contact for the speaker and sponsor (if applicable) in the conference room, ensuring they have what they need for a successful presentation. You will also assist the attendees, answering questions and providing direction as needed. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring the session starts and ends on time and to escalate any issues to the Symposium Chairs.This position will work with the PMI Sioux Empire Symposium Event Planner the day of the event. You will be located in one of the three conference rooms and will be the immediate point of contact for the speaker in the conference room, ensuring they have what they need for a successful presentation. You will also assist the attendees, answering questions and providing direction as needed, along with briefly introducing each speaker. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring the session starts and ends on time and to let the Event Planner know of any issues.
