The Lean Agile Community of Practice focuses on delivering knowledge and providing a virtual networking forum for lean agile practitioners. This includes anyone interested in, working in, or impacted by developments in the collection of good practices, principles and techniques in lean agile project management.

Reviewing team dynamics in creating and coaching agile teams. We will look at the concepts to some use cases in agile team facilitation. Bring some Issues with positive and negative connotations to this meeting to discuss best practices of being an Agile team facilitator.

New to this year's symposium! The agile track is presented by Larry LaSalle and Joy Hill of InLign Solutions and is structured to run as an all day workshop during the PMI Sioux Empire Symposium. Any participant is welcome to register for this track.
Once registered, participants will stay within this agile session/workshop for the duration of all breakout sessions at the symposium. Attendees will participate other symposium activities such as registration, opening remarks, networking, lunch, keynote speaker, door prizes, and closing remarks.
